At the front, the Marky’s Caviar boutique features an exclusive selection of “Private Stock” caviar, sourced directly from Marky’s own Sturgeon Aquafarms—the only legal producer of Beluga caviar in the U.S.. Guests can also find foie gras, fresh truffles, artisanal cheeses, fine wines, and champagnes, perfect for any gourmet occasion.
Just beyond the shop, an intimate dining space offers a 12-seat, fine-casual experience. Under the expertise of Chef Buddha Lo (Top Chef winner), the menu showcases signature caviar flights and refined à la carte selections, complemented by a curated wine list.
