Explore our New York City locations—Marky’s Caviar (Madison Ave.), Marky’s Caviar (Grand Central Market), and Marky’s Caviar (Tribeca - coming soon). Our locations feature our exclusive “Private Stock” caviars, some from our Sturgeon Aquafarms, the sole legal producer of Beluga caviar in the USA, alongside other gourmet delights like foie gras, truffles, smoked salmon, and more.
Restaurants
Nestled behind Marky’s Caviar retail shop on Madison Ave., Marky’s Caviar offers a fine-casual dining experience for up to 12 guests. Our all day à la carte menu is crafted by Corporate Executive Chef Buddha Lo, a two-time Top Chef winner. The location also specializes in caviar service and features a curated wine list. It is the original location for our Michelin-plated Huso restaurant. Originally opened in 2019, Huso is relocating to a larger space in Tribeca to provide a reimagined, caviar-inspired tasting menu in early 2025.
