Huso first quietly opened behind the curtains of Marky’s Caviar on Madison Avenue in 2019, offering an intimate fine-casual dining experience with an à la carte lunch menu and a thoughtfully curated dinner tasting menu. Nestled within the Miami-based gourmet food company’s first New York City retail shop, Huso earned Michelin Plate recognition for several years. Led by Executive Chef Buddha Lo, a two-time Top Chef winner, Huso’s success has paved the way for its expansion. We are in the process of relocating to a larger space at 323A Greenwich Street in Tribeca, NYC, where Executive Chef Lo and his team will debut a reimagined tasting menu featuring seasonal produce in a more spacious setting in late January 2025.
